Jemma will work with you to assess potential nutritional imbalances & underlying root causes for your symptoms so that a unique and manageable plan can be created, with nutrition & lifestyle recommendations to support your health goals.
MOVE with Holly, qualified Personal Trainer:
As well as an assessment of your current health and fitness, we will delve into your exercise history and discuss potential barriers to change before setting some long- and short-term goals. She will introduce techniques to ensure you get the absolute best out of your fitness plans so you can maximise results and start feeing on top of the world!
