In clinic Jemma offers one-to-one consultations, online or in person, to gain a comprehensive insight into your health history and assess your potential nutritional imbalances. She follows a functional medicine approach offering evidence-based nutritional advice to create a unique and manageable nutrition & lifestyle programme tailored just for you to support your health goals.
Jemma is a registered Nutritional Therapist and a member of the leading governing body British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
“My interest in nutrition started with a natural curiosity to improve my own health and feel better. I suffered with acne for many years which impacted my confidence and self-esteem, as well as experiencing tiredness, bloating and digestive discomfort. With a busy and hectic London lifestyle, I was always looking for quick fixes and after trying all the various treatments and lotions, realised I needed to focus my attention on what I was putting in my body. Working on my gut health had such a positive impact and sparked an enthusiasm to learn more.”
As well as your diet, Jemma also evaluates lifestyle factors such as: mindset, movement, stress, sleep and your environment. Most importantly, Jemma does not promote restrictive diets as she believes that eating should be pleasurable and every meal enjoyed.
“What we eat has a huge impact on our health. Whatever your symptoms, I want you to regain control of your health and feel your best by creating positive habits that have a lasting effect.”
